Brand Rep Terms & Condition

 

 

Eligibility

1. Ages newborn to 1 years old
2. Have at least 1 clear, clean HD photo example
3. Ability to take quality clear, clean background HD photos
4. Active, engaging page
5. Agree you are parent/legal guardian

 

Earnings

1. New Brand Reps: 1 Free Product 
2. Returning Brand Reps: 15% of 

 

Requirements

1. Have an active page
2. Have 300 followers
3. Application for each child

 

Your Personal Post Requirements

Enthusiastically promote the brand by posting minimum 3 photos per month, tagging us, and commenting on our social media platforms. These images can be your own photos of your baby wearing or using our products or images we provide for special promotions.

 

Your Release

You agree we may use your photos in our merchandise for promotional use, on our pages, and on our website without expiration. You agree to all policies on our site.

 

Contract

Contract must be renewed every 2 months.  We have the right to withdraw you from the contract anytime, without question if we find you are not abiding by the terms and conditions. You understand you will be required to retake pictures until quality standard is met or pay for the free merchandise.  You understand you will send us raw, unedited photos. You may post edited and filtered photos, but raw photos are required to be sent for quality purposes. You understand "we" will edit photos for a uniform brand look.
