The Small Print
All sales, clearance, and special promotions are final. Returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items are permitted within 14 days of delivery. Customers will be responsible for cost of return shipping and a 2% restock fee. To return or exchange the unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, log into your account and request a return. Use the following steps below help with your return.
1. Select a secured shipping provider.
Select your preferred shipping location. Examples include: USPS, UPS, and Fedex. You will receive a return shipping label. Print it.
2. Prepare your package.
Pack your return securely in the original package or waterproof packaging. Affix your shipping label you printed to the package. Ensure no other tracking labels are showing.
3. Ship it.
You can give your UPS, FEDEX, or USPS package to your mail deliverer, drop it off at your nearest shipping office, or schedule an at-home pick-up. At home pick-up may be associated with a fee. Please consult with your shipping provider of choice. If you need the shipping label printed, go to your preferred delivery provider or a local printing provider. We will not be responsible for lost returned packages.
In the event your package is lost, use the information on your receipt to contact your selected shipping provider. We will not be responsible for lost returns. Therefore, you should add insurance or use an insured-inclusive method. If the package is lost on return, contact the shipping establishment for reimbursement.
We would be happy to assist, however these providers require the customer to call. This is done to insure the business is not filing false claims for double profits. Furthermore, they will verify IP addresses of incoming calls and verification emails.
