What are the payment options?

We accept paypal and all major debit/credit cards.  We are diligently working to accept more methods.

 

What should I do if my credit/debit card has been refused when placing an order?

Check that all the details you have entered on the checkout page are correct. If it is refused after that, try another payment method or call your bank.

 

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards can be purchased directly on the site. They are delivered by email within minutes. They are only redeemable on Babies Babies Babies website. Gift cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account, or redeemed for cash except as required by law. If the gift card is lost, stolen or damaged, it will not be replaced. Hence, it is important to treat gift cards as cash.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping options?

No. Not at this time.  However, we are working diligently to offer the most adorable gift wrapping option at a fee.

 

Can I change my order?

No. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If your order has not been processed, you can email us about amending your order.

 

Can I preorder items?

Yes. Only items specifically indicated as a preorder. This generally applies to new releases and high demand items. Shipping times may vary from 1-6 weeks which will be stated in the details of the order.  If you order items that are not on pre-order, you will be contacted regarding one or multiple shipments.

 

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-4 days processing time. Once payment is accepted and your order is processed, your order will ship via your selected shipping method.  Please allow your carrier 48 hours to update your shipping information. Your order's arrival time includes processing time and selected shipping time.

 

What is your return policy?

All sales, clearance, and special promotions are final.  Returns on unworn and undamaged items are permitted.  Customers will be responsible for the return shipping.  Simply contact us to return the unworn, undamaged items. Once we have received and inspected the items, you will be refunded via the initial purchase method.

 

How do I return my items?

Simply repackage and reship your merchandise via USPS priority, Fedex, or UPS. Babies Babies Babies will not be responsible for packages lost via return shipping.  Therefore, please select an insured shipping method.

 

When do I get my refund on a returned item?

Once we receive your returned items. Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your refund. Depending on your payment method and bank, please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your refund to post.

 

Can my multiple orders be combined to reduce shipping cost?

Each order attracts one delivery charge, no matter how many items you buy. If you have multiple orders and your order has not been processed, please email us at bbb@officialbabiesbabiesbabies.com. We will do our best to combine your package.

 

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Bulk orders are non-refundable and may require additional shipping time. Please email your name, business name, address, telephone number, and requirements to bbb@officialbabiesbabiesbabies.com.

 

 

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes. Shipping times are longer and may include carrier delays.
