Refund Policy

How We Do It

We refund the cost of the returned, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged merchandise once we have received and inspected the items.  You will be allowed to request a refund through your account. You are responsible for the return shipping and a 2% restock fee. As a small business, restock fee helps offset losses incurred by returns.

You will receive an email with your return shipping label. Please allow us 2-10 business days to complete this process and 5-14 business days for high volume periods.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the items. Any items returned after the 14 day mark will not be refunded.

Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as credit card used for the order.  If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.  Please consult with your financial provider regarding their policy.
