How It Works
Please allow 2-4 days processing time. In the occurrence of high volume events, such as Black Friday, High Sale Promotion Events, and Christmas, allow 3-10 days processing time. If your order has not shipped after the specified processing time, please contact us.
Once your payment is accepted and your order is processed, your order will ship via your selected shipping method. At that time, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Please allow your carrier 48 hours to update your shipping information. Your order's arrival time includes processing time and selected shipping time.
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Once your order has shipped, please contact the shipping provider via the information on your shipping confirmation email. We are not responsible for lost packages, please contact the shipping provider. Shipping carriers have time fames regarding wait, claims, and investigations. If the shipping provider has failed to locate the package in their specified time frame, then contact us for a refund.
